Jason Thrasher is an Oregon Real Estate Broker with Hearthstone Real Estate. He has called this area home since 1976 and brings 22 years of construction experience to helping people buy and sell homes.
He understands that the house is only part of the decision. Your timing, your questions, and the people who matter to you deserve just as much attention.

Jason’s construction background gives him a useful perspective when walking through a home: what to ask about, what may need a closer look, and where to bring in a qualified professional. That experience supports his work as a broker; it does not replace an inspection or a contractor’s assessment.
He helps sellers organize preparation, connect with contractors, arrange photography, and work through the decisions from listing to closing. For buyers, he helps connect the home in front of them with the way they actually want to live.

Jason holds the current Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation. More than a decade in home health physical therapy has shown him firsthand how a home’s layout, maintenance, and location can shape everyday life. He understands that leaving a longtime home can involve practical decisions and deeply personal ones.
Whether you are planning your own move or helping a parent, he can help organize the real-estate side and keep the people you authorize informed. His services are for buyers and sellers at every stage of life.
